在去年的秋天，当田地里的茄子，辣椒，西红柿，豆子接近尾声后，把残败的秧子拔掉，就可以准备十月或十一月份种大蒜了。经过一个冬天的孕育，生长，今年五月份就吃上蒜苗了。为了腾出地种别的东西，只留出一片让它们继续生长到长大蒜。其余蒜苗都拔出来吃掉。

今天早上上完班后，到前院里剪了几朵花，插到花瓶里就算是父亲节的鲜花了。
再把冰箱里的鱼拿出来化冻，计划中午烤了吃。然后就连走带跑地赶到GYM去上九点半的cycling课。上完课又到一个超市买了些牛Flank。拿回家准备炒蒜苔加牛肉和冰箱里剩的一个红椒。

粽子是在五月十九日那个长周末做的。有肉馅（五花肉和鸡胸肉）加无皮绿豆的，有豆类（红豆，黑豆，无皮绿豆）加红枣的，有白糯米的，也有黑糯米的。儿子二十日从多伦多会温哥华，给他带一些去，剩下的在冰箱里冻起来。

去年秋天买的一颗淡紫色的铁线莲，今年目前为止开了两朵花。藤子爬得不够高，站在家里厨房里看不见花。希望明年能够爬满fence.把品种名字记下来，以免以后忘了。就像前面的两棵不知道品种了。
