 注意要点NOTE:

  1. 红糖水要降温至35度时方可放酵母,避免酵母烫死。

Brown sugar water need to reduce the temperature to 35 degrees before adding yeast to avoid killing yeast.

  1. 发酵时间要看室温温度、室温低发酵时间要长,常温(23度左右)要发1-2个小时。

Fermentation time depends on room temperature. Room temperature is low, fermentation time is long. If the room temperature is about 23 degrees, it needs 1-2 hours.

  1. 第一次发酵后、排出气体后,盖上盖子再次发酵至面糊变大

2、木薯淀粉 Tapioca starch 100 g

5、酵母Yeast 4 g

6、泡打粉Baking powder 3 g

7、无盐黄油 Melt unsalted butter 25 g
