Toooo easy. Go to Canada before April, and come back to China to finish the school. Say go to Canada on Sat, and come back China on Sun. His/Her visa is valid for another year.

Hi, there An applicant in China applied for Canadian PR from Canadian Consulate at Buffalo when she was a high school student. It took her a quite few years to get the PR visa. Her visa will expire on April 2007. Right now she is a fourth year university student in China. To get the bachelor degree, she has to study in her university in China till beginning of July of 2007. I am just wondering for a special case like this, would it be possible for the visa to be extended for three or four months or so? Do you know any case in which the Canadian PR visa was extended at Buffalo? If so, please give more detail. Thank you!!
