"Tzi, tzi" sounds are that your fuel pump is pumping gas to the engine. So your fuel system might be working.
Radio working does not mean the battery is ok. Radio needs only less than several hundreds mA (if you do not turn the sound volume very high) to work. 1 mA is 1/1000 A (Ampere)). To let you engine start, you needs several hundreds of Ampere. Read your battery label, CCA means cold crank ampere. The larger the number, the better the starting power.
