Dear friend, How are you! Thank you for sharing info with us online. I would like to know how did you file your lawsuit for your name check. I filed I140 and I485 in Nov. 2003. My I140 got approved in May 2005, but my name check was stuck and I was told INS sent name check to FBI in Nov. 2003. So my name check has been pending for almost 3 years!! I'm so frustrated with this! I heared to file the lawsuit before, but I have no any idea about it. Did you ask a lawyer to do it or you did it by yourself? please recommend your lawyer to me. how much does it coat? how long it will take?
