本人是大潮时交的485 eb3, pd 2007/3, 2010公司经济状况不好，被迫离开，当时140已批，拿ead跨州换了份contract的工作，工资比原先高一倍，原来的太低了，EAD 自己续了俩次。 看eb3的排期，应该半年能排到，现在的问题有以下几个： 1. 离开原先的公司至今没有换律师，原来是公司律师，我是否需要再另外找个律师，应付后面ref？还是我可以自己来补材料？ 2.现在的公司是consulting 公司，工资是属于按小时付的，如果补材料，是否有影响？ 3.现在的工资是原来申请绿卡的一倍多，会有影响吗？ 如果REF ,需要特别解释吗？ 4.没有给移民局发过换工作的信件，是否有影响？ 请各位老师能帮我仔细分析一下，万分感谢！

We're thinking about applying my marrige based GC. I have a couple of concerns about it, hope you can kindly answer these for me. I entered USA legally. Then I marriaged my husband, he was a green card holder at that time. I failed to keep my status when I got preganacy and with a new born baby after the marriage. My husband became a citizen a couple of years later. And now we're thinking about the GC application for me. My biggest concern is I'm out of staturs and passport got expired(can't renew passport without status),can I still apply the GC? Is that a very tough case to deal with? How to solve this: the GC application needs valid passport, while the passport renewal needs a legal status. What kind of lawyer I can trust for handling this? Any suggestion and recommandation will be fully appreciated! Thanks a lot!
